Episode 2: Heather Anderson

Heather "Anishinaabe" Anderson, 34, just set the FKT for the 2,168-mile Appalachian Trail through 14 states from Maine to Georgia in 54 Days, 7 hours and 48 minutes. This isn't Heather's first experience with amazing performances as she also set the Pacific Crest Trail unsupported speed record in 2013 with 60 days, 17 hours and 12 minutes.

"The trail has a way of answering the questions you most need answered, even if you are afraid to ask".

Heather considers herself a hybrid between hiker and Ultra Runner and we are honored to chat with Anish after this amazing adventure.
